Our Mission

The Tree Of Life was planted by Jared Schiermeyer, a young culinarian with a passion for creation. His experience working in fine dining has shown him how an appreciation for ingredients enables a chef to create balance and flavor. When you open a box of our chocolates, you embark on a tasting journey featuring various flavors, textures and aromas​ that complement one another to the highest degree. The Tree Of Life stands as a representation of growth, connection, and the relationships that bind us to one another and the natural world.  Sharing our handcrafted bonbons allows us to connect with our customers through the tasting experience while also paying homage to the ingredients used to craft them. Food starts conversations. It opens up opportunities. It connects all those involved in the experience. We believe the best way to achieve this is by sharing something sweet.
